How it works
Get your link & code
When you join, you receive a personal referral link and a discount code to share with your customers. The link tracks visits for 90 days; your code attributes the order to you whenever it's used — no expiry.
Add it to your listings
Place the link in your product descriptions, FAQs, or printing guide — the same way you'd recommend any printer. That's the whole job. We preflight every file for resolution, bleed, and colour before any ink touches paper, and we handle uploads, support, and delivery.
Get paid monthly
Follow every click, order, and commission in your own real-time dashboard. Payouts go out monthly by PayPal or SEPA bank transfer, from a €25 minimum balance.

The details, in plain terms
Delivery
We ship across the European Union via FedEx, UPS, GLS, and InPost. Standard digital print orders: production typically 1 business day, courier delivery 2–4 working days inside the EU. No import duties, no customs surprises.
Quality guarantee
Every order is checked by our production team before it ships. If a print arrives with any quality defect — or a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier — we reprint and reship it free. No questions, no forms.
Tracking & reporting
Your partner dashboard shows clicks, orders, and earnings in real time, and we send a monthly statement by email. Nothing is hidden and nothing needs chasing.
Payouts
Commissions are credited when an order ships and paid out monthly via PayPal or SEPA transfer once your balance reaches €25. A 30-day settlement period covers refunds before payout.
Your customers' files
Uploaded designs are used for production only. Files are stored for 30 days after printing (to cover any reprint), then permanently deleted. As an EU company, we operate under GDPR — this is a legal obligation, not a promise.
Your designs stay yours
Joining transfers no rights of any kind. We never reuse, reproduce, or resell any design that passes through production. Your templates, your IP — always.
No commitment
No exclusivity, no minimums, no fees. Keep every other printer recommendation you already have, and leave the program whenever you like.
Free sample kit
Approved partners receive a free printed sample kit — invitation, place card, and sign formats on our paper stocks — so you can judge the quality yourself before recommending us to a single customer.

Beyond referrals
Need production under your own name?
For designers who sell finished stationery — not just templates — we also work as a white-label production partner: your specifications, our presses, blind fulfilment in your packaging. Nothing of ours enters the box; your client sees only your studio.
Letterpress, foil, emboss, assembled multi-material suites, and day-of details, produced entirely within the EU. Ask about trade terms at partners@cartomat.pl.
